How quickly can my item be delivered?

We offer FREE local delivery within 4-5 working days of artwork approval for most of our products.

Foil Products – 12 Working Days
Folders – 5-7 Working Days
Embossed products – 7-10 Working Days


Here’s the Tc and Cs for more information :

  1. Our terms are payment with order.
  2. Turnaround times quoted include the day that we receive your order provided:
    • Your order is placed online with artwork uploaded and payment received by 10.00 am.
    • Your order is received with artwork and payment by courier or by hand by 10.00 am.
  3. NEW Later Ordering Time For an uplift of 12.5% on your order value, turnaround times quoted will include the day of your order provided:
    • Your order is placed online with artwork uploaded and payment received by 4.30 pm.
    • Your order is received with artwork and payment by courier or by hand by 4.30 pm.
  4. In order to achieve our turnaround times we require a Client Proof Copy with your work. Please refer to the Artwork Preparation section of the C2 website for details. C2 will not be responsible for any errors in the printed work where these errors were also on this proof.
  5. If we receive incomplete files, corrupt files or files which are of inadequate quality to use for print then we will ‘Stop the Clock’ on the turnaround until the problem is resolved.
  6. Where printing is despatched on time from C2 but is delivered late due to a shortcoming of our carriers, C2 will credit back, and be responsible for, the cost of the carriage only.
  7. C2 working days are Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays.
  8. C2 work hard to ensure the printing we supply is perfect. In the unlikely event of work being unacceptable due to a shortcoming at C2 then we will urgently reprint or otherwise make the job good. C2 are unable to both reprint & credit the same job.
  9. C2 cannot take responsibility for damaged goods which have been accepted and signed for as being in good condition on delivery.
  10. C2 cannot accept responsibility for short deliveries on consignments (missing boxes) unless this is recorded on the courier’s delivery note.
  11. Some types of paper and card need to be run at slower printing speeds and require extra drying time, which can have implications on the turnaround time as indicated. We reserve the right to extend turnaround where heavy solid prints require extra time to dry.

What about refunds and cancellations?

Refund Policy


Orders are made to your specification and/or personalised by you, consequently you may not cancel the order once you have placed it and no refunds can be offered. In the unlikely event that an item doesn’t meet our published specification, a refund may only be given at the sole discretion of C2 Group/ Ltd Owner and or Production Manager. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for any other details.



We Reserve the right to rectify defective work by reprinting and shall not be liable to refund.

C2 Group will credit your account if we deem a refund should be made.

If we offer to replace you must accept such an offer unless you can show clear cause for refusing to do so.

If you do opt to have work re-done by a third party without reference to us you automatically revoke your right to any remedy from us.

All defective work must be returned to us before replacement, if the subject work is not available we will assume that it has been accepted and no replacement will be provided.

Refunds will take 3 to 4 working days to complete once C2 Group has agreed to refund. This cannot be completed any faster.



Any costs incurred for work already carried out up to the date of written cancellation will also be charged for and deducted before any refunds are made. If the order has not yet been paid for then an invoice will be raised for the amount concerned and sent to the responsible party.

We’re here to help you start out on the right foot. Depending on your business, it may be core stationery is what you need first or it might be a simple set of flyers. It’s important to understand your business more and find out what you’re trying to achieve. We can then advise you on what will work best for you. We have a series of packages available to start ups, which can be a very cost effective way of starting.
